Bahhar ("the app", "we") connects boat owners (Raïs) with maritime workers in Moroccan fishing ports. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Phone number — to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code (OTP); also shared for contact (see Sharing).
• First and last name — shown on the listings you post and to users you connect with.
• Account role — Raïs (boat owner) or Worker.
• Listings you create (Raïs) — boat name, registration number, boat type, port/city, and crew roles needed.
• Applications you make (Worker) — which listing you applied to and the role chosen.

We do not collect precise location, payment information, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no ads and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

How we use your information

To authenticate you (send/verify the OTP), operate the marketplace (show listings, let workers apply, connect both sides), and display your name on your listings and to people you connect with.

Sharing your information

Contact unlock: when a Worker applies to a listing, that Worker and the listing's Raïs can see each other's phone number to contact each other directly (call or WhatsApp). This is the core purpose of the app.

Service providers: Supabase (database + authentication hosting) and Twilio (delivers the one-time code). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing anidailyass@gmail.com; we delete it within a reasonable period unless law requires retention.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS); access to personal data such as phone numbers is restricted so it is only revealed between users who connected through an application.

Children

Bahhar is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.

Utilisation

Vous authentifier (OTP), faire fonctionner la place de marché (annonces, candidatures, mise en relation) et afficher votre nom sur vos annonces.

Partage

Déblocage du contact : lorsqu'un Marin postule, lui et le Raïs voient leurs numéros respectifs pour se contacter directement (appel ou WhatsApp).

Prestataires : Supabase (base de données + authentification) et Twilio (envoi du code). Nous ne vendons pas vos données et ne les partageons pas à des fins publicitaires.

Conservation et suppression

Données conservées tant que le compte est actif. Demandez la suppression à tout moment : anidailyass@gmail.com.

Sécurité

Données transmises via HTTPS ; l'accès aux données personnelles (numéros) est restreint et révélé uniquement entre utilisateurs mis en relation via une candidature.

Enfants

Bahhar s'adresse à des adultes et ne vise pas les enfants de moins de 16 ans.

Modifications

Cette politique peut être mise à jour ; la date ci-dessus changera en conséquence.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

• رقم الهاتف — لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك عبر رمز لمرة واحدة (OTP)، ويُشارَك أيضًا لأغراض التواصل.
• الاسم الشخصي والعائلي — يظهر على إعلاناتك ولمن تتواصل معهم.
• دور الحساب — رايس (صاحب قارب) أو بحّار.
• الإعلانات التي تنشئها (الرايس) — اسم القارب ورقم التسجيل والنوع والميناء والمناصب المطلوبة.
• الطلبات (البحّار) — الإعلان الذي ترشّحت له والدور المختار.

نحن لا نجمع موقعك الدقيق ولا معلومات الدفع ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا معرّفات إعلانية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي إعلانات ولا على أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات تابعة لجهات خارجية.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

للتحقق من هويتك (إرسال الرمز والتأكّد منه)، وتشغيل المنصّة (عرض الإعلانات والترشّح وربط الطرفين)، وعرض اسمك على إعلاناتك.

مشاركة معلوماتك

فتح التواصل: عندما يترشّح بحّار لإعلان، يرى كلٌّ من البحّار والرايس رقم هاتف الآخر للتواصل المباشر (اتصال أو واتساب).

مزوّدو الخدمة: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة) وTwilio (توصيل الرمز). نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا. اطلب الحذف في أي وقت عبر anidailyass@gmail.com.

الأمان

تُنقَل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية (الأرقام) مقيَّد ولا يُكشف إلا بين المستخدمين الذين تواصلوا عبر طلب ترشّح.

الأطفال

بحار موجّه للبالغين وليس للأطفال دون 16 عامًا.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيتغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه تبعًا لذلك.
